Мною у них был куплен и оплачен квадрокоптер XK Detect X380 (см фото), взамен этого транспортная компания СДЭК доставила мне другой товар (см фото), после трех дневной переписки они мне написали такой ответ

Meanwhile, after we checked according these pictures you sent, we found that it is not our website's package bag of package you received. In this situation, there is no compensation in pricipal. However, after I consulted with my manager, we will give you some options to choose. it is the best solution we can do.
1)Keep the item, partial refund to your Gearbest wallet.

Т.е. на склад они доставили квадрокоптер и уже дальше его подменили, или кладовщик или транспортники, то страхование груза, что я оплачивал в данном случае не имеет значения. Из этого можно сделать выводы, что данный интернет магазин не гарантирует 100% доставку груза до получателя и чтобы получить мне квадрокоптер, надо доплатить ещё 180 $, а возможно опять и выкинуть их.
У кого есть желание рискнуть, рискуйте у меня его уже больше нет.
